Christopher - Did you have any trouble getting a header to fit in the 544? I'm looking into replacing the restrictive single-downpipe exhaust in my 544 (now with 2.2 liter B20e) but have heard from a couple of sources that tighter clearances (narrower frame rails) in the 544 might require some modifications.
