You could either get the whole engine or bore your B18 to 3.5004/3.5008

and use B20 pistons and except for cylinder wall thickness and misc

mounting points on the outside you would have what amounts to a B20

(but you couldn't bore it as big as you could a B20 block)

IPD sells a "big bore kit" for the B18 that includes a set of

B20 pistons and all the other stuff you need.
