Stalling Problem 200 82

I am still having a intermittent stalling problem with my car.This only happens at low idle when parking, slowing down to stop, or when stopped at a red light. Never happens at high speed or normal driving.Seems to happen less frequently when weather is colder. Seemed to happen after I replaced both in-tank pump & main pump.Is this an ignition or fuel problem.When I get the chance will check low idle sould be 700 rpm+-.Other wise car runs fine.Has 4-cyl gas 4+OD.
