I've never ordered frome these guys:

but someone mentioned them to me as a possible source for headgaskets for my non-standard overbored 2.2 liter B-20 engine. They make solid copper gaskets and can make them in a variety of thicknesses. They can do 'one-off' designs too - just scan in the old gasket and they can create the new one - pretty reasonable prices too. They probably already have the patter for your engine.
