Can I replace the headliner? 200 1986

I'm going to be buying my neighbor's 1986 245, and I noticed the headliner is really filthy from many years of not being cleaned. I wanted to know if I could replace the headliner (non-sunroof model). At the very least I'm going to give it a heavy clean, but a nice newer one would be ideal. Thanks.
