You'll need a heavy duty hub puller too, not a dinky bolt one. The kind made to be hit with a hammer on both the spinner and the shaft. Get a nice heavy hammer and get the puller as tight as possible, and give it plenty of whacks on the end of the shaft. A good tip is to reverse the big nut and screw it on flush with the end of the axle shaft to help prevent mushrooming. If it just won't come off, just leave it as tight as you can get it for a while - sometimes they just need to sit under tension for an hour or so to pop off.
