stall on cold start 140-160 86

On the first start of the day, my 86 245 stalls just after start-up. After the second start just moments later, it runs fine. Warm starts, idle, acceleration, mileage, etc. are all fine. I've checked vacuum tubes and done a visual check of connections upstream of the air mass meter. Visually all look OK. Any suggestions? Thanks...
