The charge lamp and turn signals are on the same circuit.

A bad connection in or around the fuse box for that fuse will

give the symptom you describe, and it is VERY common.

Ignition is on a different circuit.

If you have fuel injection, a problem in the circuit to the fuel

pump (or its fuse) will give the stop/hard start symptom you

identified. May not be ignition-related at all.

Fuse and holder is probably just under the left edge of your hood,

about midway front-back. That is an area also VERY prone to problems.
