clock repair source? 140-160 1974

In setting the hands of the clock in my 1974 142, the stem became cocked and can't be repositioned. Otherwise, the clock runs fine. Who in the US repairs Volvo VDO clocks? I could find no one here in the Kansas City area, and I have called both The Clock Works in Wisconsin and Instrument Services, but they can't help. Thanks for any help you can give me.
