If you have LH 2.4 Jetronic, you will test from terminal 13 of the ECU connector and ground. 80 degrees C, 290-364 ohms; 20 degrees C, 2,280-2,720 ohms; -10 degrees C, 8,260-10,560 ohms. I don't have a Regina fuel system manual, but my aftermarket manual shows the same terminal for Regina connections to the CTS. The manual shows the same resistance figures.
