Hi Braulio. Sounds like a knackered strut top bearing. On most cars these are available as a seperate item. I've never had a 700 strut apart but i'm 99% certain you can get this bearing seperately (i've only ever found 1 x early Citroen that had strut and bearing as a unit). You're gonna need to drop the strut out to do this. Figure on maybe 2 hours, taking you time, working on the ground. Probably need a ball joint splitter too. Good luck, Rich.
