Sunroof leaking, not flush with roof, help please. 700 88

I've got an 88 745, I didn't notice until recently that the leading edge of the sunrood doesn't come up flush with the roof when shut. I hadn't seen this because of the deflector blocking my view. Guess how I disxccovered there was a problem?

Anyway..... Aparently, on top of that a drain tube is blocked or something because my drivers side foot well is flooding. Any sugestions or tips on clearing the tube or getting the sunroof to close flush?
