Radiator continuously low on coolant? 700 1985

Lately I have to keep adding water/rad fluid to my resevoir tank due to the fact that it is constantly getting empty? I don't see any leakage happening yet it seems I'm always adding fluid. My temperature gauge is also on the fritz. The needle bounces around from one end to the other until it finally settles in on a normal engine temperature level.

Does anyone have any ideas?
