Switch or Motor

If you still have the door panel removed, locate the two wires coming directly from the motor. Get two jumper wires and attach one to a power source and the other to ground. Touch these wires to the two leads coming from the motor,polarity doesn't matter. If the motor doesn't work, reverse the wires. If the motor is good it should work in both directions by switching the the jumper leads back and forth between the motor leads.

If the motor works then suspect a switch or possibly a broken wire running through the door jamb to the inside of the car.
