...I deal with Swedish Engineering as my parts source. I've never had them wrench on my car, but from what I've seen and heard from talking to them, I wouldn't have any qualms doing so.

There is also Doug Hyde on Canton Hwy just south of Woodstock - maybe not the least expensive shop, but very Volvo savvy. (Which, in the end, may be the least expensive.)
