Flame trap again

Randy is right about checking the flame trap and the associated hoses and nipples. In addition, there is an oil box underneath the flame trap that can get clogged. Take a look at the 700/900 FAQs for more information on the crankcase ventilation system and some troubleshooting: http://www.brickboard.com/FAQ/700-900/Engine-SealsBeltsVent1.shtml#Crankcase Ventilation: A Treatise

Also look at Michael Ponte's page with great instructions: http://www.mikeponte.com/volvo/oiltrap.htm

Hope this helps.
