Pull to the right when braking, cause? 700 1985

Your car can have either Bendix or Girling front brakes.

As to the squealing, I use the silicon base high temperature grease on the back side of the pads. That seems to generally take care of most of the squeal.

The caliper guide pins are not the same as the calipers, and you should check them. Wheter you have Bendix or Girling brakes, both systems use two pistons on one side of the rotor. The caliper assembly floats around the disc on the caliper guide pins. If one or both of the guide pins seize up, the casliper will exert force on only one side of the rotor and the braking action is reduced.
