Greetings! I have been in the market for a 1985-1989 700, and have found the "average" price for a car with your mileage to be in the $2000-$3000 range. Of course there are cars that I have found that are both lower, and higher...but, this seems to be where the majority of the cars have fallen. Yes, the trade-in book value will be quite a bit higher than the private sale value. -Tony :)
