MHL: in addition to all of the above, check the battery itself. The average battery has a +/- 5 year life, so maybe it's time for a newby, especially one with high CCA, seeeing as how it's winter now. If yours is openable, take the caps off and check your fluid level; and if you want to get almost anal about it, check the specific-gravity of the battery fluid. I have also noticed a number of recent posts where the post-er says, in passing, something like "...and the car started much better when I turned off the seat heaters..or lights..or whatever." Be kind to your battery: leave the accessories and 'major draws,'like A/C, seat heaters, etc., OFF until AFTER the car is started and running for a few seconds. Good Luck, amigo.--PD.
