Boost gauge on GLT dash?

I once looked at an 83GLT which i ended up buying. The vin code said it had a B23E in it, but it had a boost gauge and a B23E in it when I got it. Is there a "boost" light in the cluster? that would be a way to chck if it was factory turbo, they had a little "warning" light that said "boost" i do believe.
