Why not just use a large pair of Vise-Grips? Thats how I always get rounded bolts off on my cars. If you want the grips on extra tight, you can use another pair of pliers or a clamp to close em. Then just beat the crap out of the Vise-Grips with a hammer. Good luck with the fix.
