The seat switches are not common to other Volvos, and are not individually replaceable. The good news is that's there's not a lot to them, basically the top, the bottom, and a couple of balls and little see-saws. Nothing that can really go wrong, it just kinda comes out of place and the switch stops working. put everything back where it belongs, and if you can manage to get it all back together without falling apart again, you're good to go! My seat was in the same state when I got mine.
That's a great price for the car... Body panels and interior bits are hard to come by, keep your eyes open on ebay, and www.bdparts.com has a half dozen cars for sheetmetal if your ever bang it up.
