Turn Signals and Hazard lights 1990

I have a 1990 760 GL Turbo Volvo, and my turn signals and hazard lights wont work, I bought the flasher unit and can not fine where it goes, I hate to pay such an outrageous price to just place it in, can any one Please help a first tiem Volvo Owner PLEASE !!!!!!!!
