My ignition lock cylinder has split...what shall I do? 140-160 1972

You don't have to drill out the bolts.
You can slot them with abrasive cutoff disks in your Dremel Moto-Tool
or equivalent and then remove them with a screwdriver.

I have a much better lock for mine but have not installed it yet.
What I did was to take all the tumblers out of my old lock cylinder
and put it back together. It works fine. Not only that but it doesn't
matter which key you use......
