You will have to plug the K-jet injector holes of course. And you should not use a big coolant passage head if you can avoid it, I would think. See T-bricks discussions of heads and gasket mating. Better to use a late 84-on head to get the newer small passage type. Other than that, a few sensor location hole changes that might bug you, things are equal. Not sure about the distrubutor angle.
