You will not be able to use the head-mounted distributor with the B21 head. You will have to find a distributor from a 240, unplug the hole for it in your block. The only area of concern is the distributor drive gear. You've got it in your B230 block but the teeth may not be machined. If that's the case, you'll need the shaft out of that 240. Sorry.
