Performance increase ??? 700 1990

I have been told that my 1990 745ti is running a bit slow. The quarter mile time is in the low 16s at 85mph. My wagon has 215,000 miles but seems to be in great shape. I've had the head and the turbo replaced. I'm running 15psi via a Dawes Devices boost controller, have installed an IPD 2.5" cat back system. The air cleaner is a K&N drop in filter. I've replaced the coil with a hotter ACCEL unit and have newer premium plug wires going to NGK VX plugs. Can anyone suggest some tricks that I can implement before the track opens this year?
