fuel gauge problem 700

Well,
I have a simliar problem, my fuel guage "jumps" everytime i hit my horn! i can literally fill my tank by hitting the horn (not continuously, by going "blip" "blip" (very short beeps, just hit it and stop quickly), i wonder what could be causing that?!
