$20 Wiring Harness Update

The most common manifestation of incorrect signal to the ECU in a turbo is run away idle due, especially to (my experience) bare wires at the passenger side firewall gray connector, loose wires in that connector or wrong wires (signal to the ECU) hooked up. It is amazing how many screwed up wires there produce the 3000 rpm idle.
