Frozen Caliper! What should I do? 140-160 1970

You can buy brand spankin new calipers and pads at a web site I use all the time. www.volvoworld.com. $122.19 for each caliper and $20 for all the pads. have the rotors turned if you need to. to do the job yourself isn't that hard. Read the instructions on the manual twice, buy some hot packs at Walmart for your boots and pockets and grit your teeth. Or fork out the 500 clams and stay out of the cold but 500 seems a bit steep to me. Thats over 200$ in labour and mark ups if I am adding correctly. A good mechanic[$50/hr] shouldn't take 4 hrs to change those few parts.
