Frozen Caliper! What should I do? 140-160 1970

Have you checked the brake hoses going to the caliper? These do go bad and allow the fluid only to go to the caliper and not return----a one way valve. All the calipers in the world won't work if the hose is bad. To check, release the bleeder valves and see if the caliper pistons return to their positions. If still not, then calipers are suspect.
