No Start 700 1986

ECU could still be bad. Having those insulation-free wires making out with each other for a while could have caused all sorts of craziness despite the resistance appearing fine. I say find an ECU for cheap (or find a friend with the same ecu) and swap it in and see what happens. BTW did you check the resistors for the injectors? Those low impedance injectors have a set of resistors wired into their circuit (driver side front of engine bay I think) and if the resistors go bad, no more injector firing. Also check injector relay, if it's bad, no start. Hopefully one of those will be your problem. Starts with cheapest/easiest stuff first and work your way up. Good luck.
