Thanks for the tips. Went home for lunch and got under the car for a quick check of the tension on the slave cylinder. Ended up backing off on the adjusting nut about 1/4 of an inch. I think the main problem was the constant pressure on the seal in the slave cylinder.
Called my parts place today and they are telling me that the rebuild kits are no longer available. If anyone knows where I can pick up a good one please let me know.... BTW George I think I am going to switch to the silicone fluid with this rebuild.
