Thanks for the tip. It was sitting for awhile, maybe three or four months, but the pump worked relatively regularly; we worked on the car (trying to figure out what in the world was wrong with it) and turned the engine frequently. When we checked the injectors, we loosened the fuel rail a bit, and gas spurted when the engine turned.
But I'll check up on that. Is there a more definite method of diagnosing a fuel pump problem other than the sound of it?
And why did you name your cars Inga and Sigfreid? hee hee...they're good names for Swedish cars.
