hot starting problem 120-130

You may still be having an overflow into your jets. Also, if your starter
is slow, that aggravates the situation a lot. Make sure you have a good
strong battery and a good strong starter, good connections all the way
between them. A fast crank is a LOT better when you have incipient flooding.

BTW if you are using the Pierburg mechanical (stock) fuel pump it is
very unlikely that your fuel pressure is too high. I have had more problems
with fuel pressure regulators than with Pierburg fuel pumps.

I have about given up on Grose Jets. I have a whole drawer full of them
and even after soaking in carb cleaner they all leak. I've gone back
to the neoprene tipped ones, which seem to be somewhat better.
I got them from Joe Curto, master SU parts and modification guy,
phone 718 762 7878 (College Point, NY)

The ColorTune is very helpful for situations where your carbs behave
differently from each other(I use 2 of them).
If they are nearly right, they are less helpful.
