Light bulb 'light' 700 1990

I flipped on my turn signal yesterday to make a right turn, put my foot on the brake pedal and started making my turn. I notice that the "light bulb out" light on the dash was flashing in sync with the flashing of the turn signal, but only when my foot was on the brake pedal. No bulbs were burned out when I checked the lights and it hasn't done it again. Any ideas?
