Where are the plugs (960)?

I'll add some to what Rafael wrote:

Get a set of Torx drivers from a tool store. If you remove the black plastic cover, remove each coil pack in turn and the spark plug will be inside the hole. Remove the plug, if you want, with a spark plug wrench and an extenstion. When you put it back in, use your FINGERS on the extension. You do not want to cross thread the spark plug. Then tighten with a ratchet.
