NO NO Not the dealer!

I can say that the dealers are Ok for warranty work but not for simple repairs. If you must take it in find a trustworthy, reputable independent shop that knows Volvos. Your problem is probably a bad battery, battery connection or battery cable. Certainly not a computer.
