I would go with the catalized acrylic enamel and not the urethane and Since the paint jobs are only running around $200 I would get the whole car painted. I would also go with the one step integrated clearcoat. (Which is really mixing paint and clear coat together according to talks with Carpainters) I HATE clear coats that are used with basemaker type paints. Most paint jobs last 3 years anyway regardless of the type paint, but urethanes are spectacular when they fail. It is like one day it is clear the next day crazed.

Dont get me wrong, I like urethanes and have used them in the past, but they are really hard to work with when they age and you want to repaint.

The most important thing I could offer as advice is a $200 paint job is a $200 paint job. So, the more you prep your car in advance the better the job will be.

Things like wax removal, dent repair, removal of as much trim as possible are things you can do to make the job much much better. I have seen jobs where people paid attention to this and you couldnt tell a 200 job from a 1000 job.
