I had similer situation on my 88 740 when it was around 220K miles. Did the tranny output bushing and seal which was worn and leaking, then the center support bearing and rubber donut, finally turned out to be the rear transmission mount. The rubber had deteriorated from tranny fluid and an engine oil leak getting on it. Hope thats all it is for you.
