Since they sent you a card asking for your opinion, give it to them. Tell them what you think and why. You might get some free stuff out of it, besides an inspection.

I should follow my own advice, I dealt with an independant shop a few years ago and I've already had to replace some of the items they replaced, tie rod ends and ball joints. They charged me a premium price and used, as far as I can tell, lower quality parts. Perhaps it was their way of telling me they don't want my business anymore.
