You are asking the rear-wheel drive board; check the AWD/FWD forum for a better answer. But: your dealer is proposing a flush, which involves disconnecting a cooler line and removing all fluid from the tranny. This is highly recommended for long life. Ask them to add synthetic ATF in place of the normal stuff they use: more expensive, but well worth it.
