I'm about to buy a 98 S90 with 43,000 miles. I currently have 4 740's with a total of 760,000 miles (6 drivers in the family). I'm curious about this S90. The vehicle is sharp and appears unique in that it has two tone paint. Its white with grey below the "rub strip" along the sides and the front and rear bumpers are the same grey. I think very sharp looking. The car has every option, and another unique feature is the steering wheel has a matching wood applique, matching the dash and console. It has deeply tinted rear door windows and rear glass. It also has highly polished allow rims. The car is in MA and came from California. I have been told that it was a "special edition". Dose anyone know anything about an option package like this. I'm a friend of the dealer, so I buying the story that this might have been a regional option package, but his family has been dealing in Volvos for years and he said he's never seen this package in Massachusetts.
