I think you got a steal on both! If the injector location matches, the heads will interchange. I'd expect to pay ~$100 for a U-pick head and not get out of a machine shop for less than ~$300. In my '79 it's original B-21 head is running on a block bored out to B-23 specs. With the "H" cam I've a healthy B-23E which probably gives me ~140Hp & ~140 lb-ft.
