Help!!! How do I install a third brake light in a 745? 700 1989

Thanks, but uUnfortunately the Dutch-specs '89 745 had no third brake light and I'm not sure that there is a connection for a third brake light in the hatch.

How do you remove/open the upholstery on the inside of the hatch to check?
