Bud Man:
Have you mounted tires on these rims and had them spin balanced? Do they balance out? Drive OK without vibration? Just about all of my Volvo alloy wheels have some slight imperfections in the form of bends, "wavy-ness" or flat spots around the edges. But they all hold air and balance out, so the issues are cosmetic only.
My experience with having alloy rims straightened or repaired is that it's only worthwhile if you have a badly damaged wheel from a set of irreplaceable wheels. It'll likely cost more that you paid for the whole set to have one of them straightened.
