Turbo Timer install 700 1987

I didnt know there was an analog and digital signal. The negative side of the ignition coil is a 12 volt signal. Its the side that fires the coil. This is where you will get the rpm signal from. Its a 12 volt signal, analog or digital doesnt make much sense, unless they are talking about distributorless ignition systems like on a BMW. The speed signal you should be able to get from a wire on the back on the instrunment cluster. and I do not know off hand what wires are constant, ignition and accessory. At this point, if I were you, I would get electrical diagrams, and a friend who is good with electrical systems. This should be a simple installation.
