automatic transmission drain question - not flush 700 1990

It seemed like it was a couple of quarts the last time I did it.

BTW, it's not that difficult to do the flush. The Haines manual says to disconnect the line at the transmission. However, the easier method is to disconnect the outflow line at the radiator.
