How to change A/C compressor oil

Evacuate freon, Remove compressor, remove connection hoses at rear, stand compressor up, turn over by hand and let sit, repeat several times letting it sit at different angles, if equipped with filler on top turn upsidedown and let oil drain from there.
This is not a normal procedure, why do you want to change it?
