I have bought a lot of parts and accessories via ebay and have never been burned. No complete cars however. There are a lot of protections built in to ebay to prevent bad deals. Check the sellers rating. If they do a lot of business on line, they don't want negative feedback. OTOH, I have been scammed twice on "free" Volvo classified ads.
